For a Free Mattress: Purchase any LUXI Mattress after March 9th (without a trial period) and before Tuesday, March 19th @ 12:00 Noon. Make your team selections on the day of your mattress purchase using this form and if your Top Pick wins the Tournament Championship – your mattress is FREE. Each team can only be picked 50 times to be the tournament champion, so it is important to pick early before your favorite team is “Closed Out”.

Mattresses will be free via a full refund.
