David Farley is an early pioneer of fabricated urethane foam medical products for healthcare companies such as Kaiser, Tyco, and Baxter. That work, dating back to 1990, eventually came to include consumer home mattresses. At heart, he's a real engineer of sleep surface solutions and has been awarded several patents for “The anatomic uses of foam” all of which relates directly to sleep surface products. He has been involved in designing some of the best foam mattresses on the market over the last 3 decades.
David has seen many of the transformations, shifts, and changes in the mattress industry from how Tempurpedic took the mattress industry by storm to the latest in the online mattress movement.
